Add another element to your Natural Movement practice by moving and interacting with other humans. During our group classes you will learn new movement skills, play interactive team games and challenge your overall physical competency.

NATURAL MOVEMENT / PARKOUR KIDS CLASS ($15) ages 0-13

Our kids classes focus on equipping children with the human movement patterns that should naturally develop (although today quite often don't) through unstructured play and exploring natural environments.

Practicing natural movement patterns such as running, jumping, climbing, crawling, balancing, throwing, catching etc. the children will learn and develop new movement skills, improve risk assessment, cooperate in teams, problem solve and leave with a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
